During the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 dining and restaurant apps on the Android platform in Panama showcased varying performance trends. Here’s a closer look at their weekly downloads and active users according to Sensor Tower data.

McDonald's Offers and Delivery by Arcos Dorados saw a consistent performance in weekly downloads, starting with 3K in late March, peaking at 4.6K in the first week of April, and maintaining an average of around 3.5K to 4K downloads per week throughout the quarter. The app’s active users fluctuated between 23.9K and 26.6K, with a noticeable peak in early April.

Papa John's Pizza Panama experienced a more varied download trend. Downloads started at 1.3K at the beginning of April, dipped significantly to just under 100 in mid-May, and then recovered to around 1.2K by late June.

Taco App PTY, released by Resco Brands, showed a steady decline in weekly downloads from 1.2K at the end of March to about 600 by the end of June. Despite this downward trend, there were occasional spikes, such as the 1.1K downloads in early May.

Domino's Pizza América Latina, published by Domino's Pizza LLC, saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 713 in late March and reaching a peak of 1.2K in mid-June. The app's active users also rose steadily, from 3.1K at the end of March to 4K by mid-June.

Domino's Pizza had a more fluctuating download pattern, with numbers ranging from 465 in early April to a high of 1K in mid-June, before dropping to 221 by the end of June. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 2.1K in late March, peaking at 2.4K in late April, and then declining to 1.4K by the end of June.
